Writing articles in text feels very natural, Markdown helps with this.

I want to take up writing and programming again, and to marry the two I have decided to create my own small contant management engine.
Over the year I have learned to appreciate writing in text editors with as little formatting as possible.
It let's met focus on the text itself, and it is a storage format that is very flexible as it tends to not be bound to a particular technology .
Tools
The copy here is written in Visual Studio Code, and the formatting I use is Markdown.
Markdown is a very cool way to format text lightly, in such a way that your text keeps being readable in a text editor.
